WINBORDER [FRAME <frame>] [COLOR <color>]

Purpose: Put a frame in the active window in an optional colour.

Parameters: frame  - 'N' TSDWIN frame type.

            colour - 'C' Clipper colour attribute.

Example: WINBORDER FRAME 3 COLOR "gr+/r"
